Free Trial
ApprovaDoc offers a 14-day free trial that includes core features such as revision-based acknowledgments, retraining workflows, comprehension quizzes, training matrix, reminders, audit trail, and exports — for up to 5 team members and 5 active documents. We encourage you to evaluate the Service thoroughly during this period before subscribing.
Subscription Payments
All subscription payments are non-refundable. When you subscribe, you are billed for the current billing period (monthly or annual). You may cancel at any time — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account enters read-only mode.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment for 12 months. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused months within an annual billing period.
How Payments Are Processed
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our merchant of record. Refunds, when issued, are returned to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take 5–10 business days.
Exceptions
We understand that exceptional circumstances arise. If you believe you are entitled to a refund due to a technical issue, billing error, or other extenuating circumstance, contact us at info@approvadoc.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.
After Cancellation
When you cancel, your account enters read-only mode. You can still access and export your data (acknowledgment records, documents, audit logs) for 90 days. After 90 days, your data may be deleted. See our Terms of Service for full details.
