Sample Acknowledgments Export

What this output is

The acknowledgments export is a flat CSV file where each row represents a single acknowledgment event. It includes the user's name and email, the document number and title, the version acknowledged, the UTC timestamp, and quiz results if a comprehension quiz was attached. Unlike the PDF acknowledgment report (which is organized by document version for human reading), this export is designed for data processing: sorting, filtering, pivot tables, and import into other systems.

How ApprovaDoc generates it

In ApprovaDoc, navigate to Reports and select Acknowledgments Export. Apply any desired filters (date range, document, team, user), then download the CSV. The export is generated directly from the immutable acknowledgment records in the database. Because these records are write-once, the exported data is a faithful representation of what actually occurred.
